Reflecting Saudi Arabia’s commitment to accelerate the pace of digital transformation and reach advanced levels in government performance indicators for 2026, Renad Al-Majd Company (RMG) organized an interactive day to raise the maturity levels of government digital transformation, at the Foco Hotel Riyadh, on Monday, December 8, 2025.
This qualitative event brought together a group of leaders, experts, decision-makers, and representatives of government entities, in one day dedicated to exchanging experiences, providing specialized knowledge content, and activating practical practices that contribute to raising the readiness of entities and stimulating their digital transformation.

During the meeting, Eng. - Workshop “Challenges of Digital Transformation Measurement Portfolio Management”
It was presented by Eng. Hani Abu Hilal, Executive Vice President of Digital Transformation at RMG – and focused on how to understand government measurement elements, overcome challenges, design measurable initiatives, and activate the governance system necessary to raise the levels of digital readiness.
- “Artificial Intelligence for Leaders and Decision Makers” Workshop
It was presented by Eng. Fayyad Bayan , CEO of Renad Al-Majd, in which he reviewed the role of leaders in adopting artificial intelligence, and transforming it from a technical idea to a strategic element that contributes to achieving national goals.

- Workshop on “The Mechanism of Activating Innovation and Innovative Solutions in accordance with the Requirements of Government Measurement”
Presented by Dr. Hamoud Al-Shammari, the workshop dealt with building an institutional innovation system compatible with measurement requirements, linking innovation outputs to government standards, in addition to explaining the environment of the Regulatory Innovation Fund and its role in promoting government innovation.
