In this phase, we identify possible use cases for AI within the organization, and identify the most appropriate tools and techniques for each situation. We then arrange these cases based on the need, the availability of the necessary data and available resources, as well as the goals resulting from the current situation study phase.
3. Strategy Implementation
In this step, we transform the AI strategy into an action plan in which the roadmap, interim targets, and different roles and responsibilities are clarified. We also oversee the implementation of the plan, manage the actual business, and monitor the progress of its implementation. In this phase, we also focus on the ethical aspects and risks associated with AI, such as maintaining data privacy, avoiding bias in algorithms, and ensuring that AI is used in transparent and ethical ways.
4. Strategy Evaluation and Performance Measurement
In the final stage, we define precise criteria to measure the success of the proposed strategy compared to the desired objectives. We monitor feedback on the implementation of the strategy, periodically measure performance, evaluate objectives and results, and review criteria with adjustments as needed.
